Cancellation Policy

Lawn Care Policy Services include: Lawn mowing Blowing grass clippings from hard surfaces Extra Edging along sidewalks and driveways String trimming around trees, fences, and landscaping No Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable once services are scheduled or rendered. Unused prepaid services are forfeited upon termination. Service Provider may terminate for: Non-payment, unsafe conditions, lack of access, harassment, hidden hazards, misrepresentation, violation of agreement terms, or operational changes. Weather Delays Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather. Access to Property Client must ensure access, secure pets, gates, and obstacles. Missed Service / No-Show Fee Failure to provide access results in a 33% missed service fee. After two missed services, agreement may be terminated. Damage & Liability Provider not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden hazards. Issues must be reported within 48 hours. Chemicals & Treatments Client authorizes proper lawn care treatments. Independent Contractor Provider is an independent contractor.
