Cancellation Policy

Get It Done Pro Services – Junk Removal Policy Services We provide residential and commercial junk removal, including household junk, furniture, appliances, garage, attic, basement, and estate cleanouts, office cleanouts, yard debris, and non-hazardous construction debris. All services are subject to inspection and approval. Prohibited Items We do not remove hazardous chemicals, paint, solvents, pesticides, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, explosives, ammunition, radioactive materials, illegal substances, propane tanks (unless pre-approved), or any item prohibited by law. We reserve the right to refuse unsafe materials. Customer Responsibilities Customers must identify all items for removal, provide safe access, secure pets, disconnect appliances, and remove valuables or personal belongings before service. Get It Done Pro Services is not responsible for personal property accidentally removed from designated removal areas. Pricing & Payment Estimates are based on customer-provided information and may change due to actual volume, weight, labor, accessibility, disposal costs, or additional items. Any price changes will be approved before work begins. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scheduling Appointments are subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours in advance are free. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to $50. No-show appointments may also be charged. Property Protection Our team uses reasonable care while performing services. Customers must disclose hazards or access issues before service. We are not responsible for existing damage, damage caused by undisclosed unsafe conditions, or minor cosmetic scuffs or scratches that may occur when removing large items through confined spaces. Right to Refuse Service We may refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, prohibited items are present, access is restricted, weather creates unsafe conditions, or customer behavior is threatening, abusive, or inappropriate. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided, except where prohibited by law. Acceptance By scheduling or receiving services from Get It Done Pro Services, customers acknowledge and agree to this Junk Removal Policy.
